Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped by air using either FedEx or Yamato.

After everything arrives at our Los Angeles warehouse, it usually takes about 7 to 10 days to prepare your package and have it shipped to your destination. Some remote locations may take longer.

When we ship your order, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also see your invoice and tracking number on your order history page:

  • Log in to your account
  • Go to My Account
  • Find the order you want to check from My Dashboard or My Orders and click View Order
  • If the Order Status is Complete, in About this Order box, click Shipments.
  • You will see the tracking number of your order in Track this shipment box

Please note:

  • Regardless of the carrier, your order may be opened at customs for inspection and we ask for your understanding. This is beyond our control.
  • Import duties and taxes vary depending on the destination country and they are not included in the shipping charge. Customers are responsible for paying these charges separately, if applicable.
  • Each country has different limitations on what can be shipped to customers under a "personal import." That's why it's essential that you contact us first, before ordering anything. We'll let you know if there are any issues with the goods you want to order.

For all customers residing in Japan

We also offer ocean shipping for heavy and bulky items to Japan where you can save a lot on the shipping charge. Just mention this when you contact us and we'll advise you.
